"Dor" is a Romanian word which cannot be translated in any other language. We could call it a form of longing maybe, a painful or bittersweet sensation, but nevertheless a beautiful one.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity of collaborating with Toshiji Mikawa on this album, an artist that needs no introduction for the listeners of noise or experimental music in general. The four songs speak of many things, which are not to be found, but created by the listener.

I believe that art and music can be mediums of emancipation, working not like trees, but like rhizomes. Do not search for a meaning in this album, look at its in-betweens and there is where becomings may emerge.
